Rates & Availability

Villa Policies

  • The minimum stay is seven nights, from Saturday to Saturday.

  • Check-in is from 15:30 and check-out is expected to be made by 10:00, allowing the villa to be prepared for the following guests.

  • Children of all ages are welcome.

  • Pets are welcome upon request.

  • Smoking is not permitted indoors.

  • A refundable security deposit is required. If no damage has occurred during the stay, the deposit will be returned by bank transfer within seven days of departure.​

Payment

  • Guests are required to pay a percentage of the total fee upon booking confirmation.

  • The remaining balance is to be paid eight weeks prior to the beginning of their stay. 

Cancellation Policy

  • Guests may cancel their booking free of charge up to eight weeks prior to arrival.

  • Pre-payment is non-refundable.

Rates 2026 - 2027

1,100€ - 1,750€ per night between May and October​​​

​Rates for other months are available upon request.
